Visited Dr. Smita Sharma (Ophthalmologist/ Eye Surgeon)
I have a migraine problem. Whenever I have a headache, that part of my eye pains so severely that I am not able to open my eyelids. Hence my ophthalmologist suggested for Neuro-optomologist. We found Dr.SmitaSharma on Pactro and made an appointment for her.
She has suggested a spherical scan, in which the report says there is some problem with my right eye. After 4 hrs, once she completed all her pediatric cases, I was called in and when I was explaining my case, she told me that there was an eyesight change hence headache. So asked me to go with new glasses with prescribed reading. I wanted to make her understand my eye pain but she was not interested in listening and started talking in a high tone and not in the state to listen to us.
This way though I spent my time and money, returned with no solution to my eye problem Moreover, she added that the scan report was abnormal and needed to be redone on the next visit. I want to make it clear that there is a problem with the eye and hence the report is abnormal, she is not at all getting that point.
Finally, I want to conclude, not visit Dr.Smita Sharma, for any Ophtomology-related services as she has no patience to listen you ,

If there is an emergency surgery the doctor had to attend, pass your patients to other doctors who are available. We have waited for 2.5 hrs now. And now they are allowing someone who has just come 30 mins before because she has a baby at home. Now we also have babies at home.
