First of all anyone who is going thru mental health issues in current day scenario should consult a doctor. It certainly helps a lot in getting a clarity of the issue and then handling the issue. I am thankful to Dr Navya for helping me out during my difficult time. She does an exceptional job in listening and understanding the situation. She breaks it down into smaller sections and starts addressing those with the best possible way. The way she deals with these issues and the suggestions she provides works in an amazing way. She helped me work on few of the areas where i can identify the root cause and act on the issue to address it. Performing the tasks inline with what Dr. Navya mentioned, certainly helped and there is progress.
