This is an amazing nutrition plan and it simply works! My wife and I both joined the program beginning of the year to learn and inculcate healthy eating habits.
Ranjani’s plan focuses on nourishing the body with good nutrition so body doesn’t crave calories. I call it the ‘Super Cycle’ of food which involves well balanced portions and nutrients through the day. We never starved ourselves, instead were focused on nourishing our body. We have heard of isolated super foods, but the magic is in this cycle of super eating.
Thank you to Lakshmi Priya, who spent the three months with us and Ranjani, whose plan and guidance was very easy to implement. We have very much accomplished our goal with weight, change in lifestyle and learning habits that hopefully will last for rest of our life. The nutrition plan focused on our normal food, without any fad diets, on larger portions of veggies, fruits and moderate nuts and healthy fats.

I recently completed a 12-week weight loss program with Deekshitha and Ranjini Ma’am.
After having gained weight over years and a roller coaster of weight gain and loss , short term diets, I finally decided to try out something more scientific.
As it turned out, the journey was incredibly valuable and a learning for life. I lost 7 kgs over 3 months , despite having a week long travel plan. I was able to manage food intake effectively with their help and quickly got back on track on return.
Their guidance helped me manage my food choices and understand how each food group works. My cravings have reduced which is a huge relief. I also noticed an improvement in my sleep quality over time.

But Ranjani is very much approachable and cleared all my doubts about the plan and my health issues. Best part of the plan being it is customised considering the food/dishes I was accustomed to. And also once in every 2 weeks they had collected my feedback about the challenges faced and the changes needed in the plan. Both Ranjani and Lakshmi Priya supported and guieded throughout the plan. I was able to reduce my symptoms almost by 50%. There are no such unnecessary food supplements or unknown eIements in the plan. I believe it is the simple to follow yet effective way to address the health issue. Nutritional plan they had suggested has become so habitual that its difficult for me to unfollow and get into trouble:)

I had the oppurtunity to work with Ranjani and Deekshitha for 12 weeks. I lost almost 11kgs just by following their advice and being consistent. I thought I was eating healthy but little did I know there are so many dimensions to be considered. This time with them has been an amazing opportunity to learn how to have a healthy lifestyle, especially how to eat food. It was hard to have the drastic change from a unhealthy to healthy food options but you can never go back once you start eating healthy! Both Ranjani and Deekshitha was very patient with me, answering my questions and personalising my meal options to fit my travel plans. Ranjani and her team is simply awesome! I am an oncologist by profession and consulted with Ranjani with the goal of loosing weight in a sustainable and healthy manner. She has a scientifically sound approach which worked for me and my wife. * *** ********* ** *** ********* *** how up to date she is with the current literature regarding gut health. I loved her approach of “focusing on nourishment rather than counting calories”. It’s practical, intuitive and overall a more organic approach. She applies these principles to her counseling sessions and meal plans (and they definitely work!). She and her team are very responsive on WhatsApp and very easy to work with. Ranjani ma’am, Chaitanya ma’am and Snegaa Ma’am guided me very well!
I not only lost a significant amount of kilos but I was also able to see a great improvement in my energy levels, inches and cravings.
This is just not a plain diet plan where a person just tells you what to eat and you have to follow it-It’s more about nourishment and to understand whether what we are eating is actually suited to the needs and co-morbidities our body has.
I had a pretty serious muscle tear due to which I couldn’t engage in any exercise. They not only understood my issue, they even helped me to find a way to still healthily lose/maintain my weight despite that.
There was not a single time any of the people involved in this with me made me feel bad about my food choices(even if they were wrong) or if I gave into my cravings once in a while.
More than anything else, I think I have a better understanding of food because of them and I am very thankful.

The first call we had a detailed chat about everything related to my diet, lifestyle, activity and more.From then on till the end of the program I have had a wonderful experience which has made a huge impact on my life on the whole. Activity and lifestyle wise I have been able to make a drastic change in my routine.
