I was tensed about surgery as I was unmarried and was told by some. it may b difficult to remove big 18cm fibroid by laparoscopy, have to go for open surgery. I had Aherman syndrome grade 3-4 and I was facing this problem for 1-2 years and I had a very tough time because of severe pain during my menstrual cycle and the condition of my endometrium was poor, synechiae were present and after 3 months of my Hysterioscopy my condition is very good and now i am very happy with my improvement.
