My mother , had just undergone cataract surgery at Apollo Hospital, on 22nd August at Alwarpet. We must express our gratitude to Dr. Meenakshi Pandey, particularly for her kind and affectionate gestures during our treatment. Because we are new to Chennai, we were concerned about the entire treatment and recovery procedure. However, Dr. Meenakshi Pandey's support made us feel free, and her kind comments brought us relief. The entire cataract procedure took around 10 minutes, and we were able to return home that day. It is absolutely painless, and recovering process is proceeding safely. I visited Dr. Meenakshi Pande 2 months back for my mother as she was not able to see clearly. She was diagnosed to having cataract in both the eyes. Since my mother is aged and was having high diabetes, it was required to bring down the diabetes before the surgery. The doctor explained in detail and referred us to the right diabetologist to get treated. In 2 months from the date of diagnosis, my mother was able to see all clearly with naked eyes after the surgery. I must say that that Dr. Meenakshi is highly experienced, very swift and skilled, amicable by nature and best in her job. I cannot thank the doctor enough for providing my mother with the excellent treatment.
