Asked for Male, 41 Years

I took 3 pills of "ciprofloxacyn" 500 for 1 day and the day after, I began to have a chest pain or maybe the liver is affected. Would you please tell me what to do to detoxicate myself from it? Thank you very much!

It is likely that you developed hyperacidity due to gastritis. The medicine is supposed to be had twice a day with a 12 hour gap between each dose. Although it could be hyperacidity chest pain has to be properly screened. I would advise you to visit the ER so that you can be physically examined and undergo necessary investigations such as ECG, Trop I, etc to rule out any cardiac involvement and any toxicity. Kindly keep yourself well hydrated.
