102.2 f fever ,baby is 43 days old.
I am suffering from 102.2 fever.
Baby is 43 days old born on 14 aug.
From last two days there is extreme exertion due to whole night wake up as child was unable to sleep.
Symptoms
Body is paining from last two days.
No cough and sneeze.
Went motion for 3 to 4 times a day from last three days.
I have taken two dose of paracetamol no other medicine.
Is there any need for any antibiotic.
I do breastfeeding, is it safe for child.
Or I switch to formula milk.
Please suggest proper medication and effect on my child of my medicine.
