103 f fever since 24 hours

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am 25 and have 103 f fever since last night,in day it comes down a little but again 103 in night. no history of any medical illness,had exertion few days back.took paracetamol 500mg four times a day but no relief..help me wid the diagnosis n treatment..
