11*10 mm cortical cyst is noted
I have 11*10 mm cortical cyst in the pole of right kidney. Pls suggest it's problematic for me n its need to remove by operation.

It doesn't require any treatment
Regular follow up is required
Like 6 monthly USG to look for size
Can you please do baseline CT urography after creatinine for better anatomical details of cyst.
