I'm feeling itching in my penis. It itches so much n when I slide the foreskin down I can see pin prick sized small dots spread on head n skin. I am applying betnovate ointment for now. If I dont apply it starts to itch very badly. Plz help

Hi,it could be fungal infection,infection aggrevates on stopping applicant. Bath daily, maintain area clean and dry.You may have to take antifungal medicines . Consult dermatologist.
