16months baby not passed stool from 3dys
My Daughter having viral fever from last 4days and we are giving all the medicine recommended by pediatrician. We are giving sufficient liquid (ors water, milk,water) along with little food. She have not passed stool from 3 days. Is it normal during fever and is it a bad sign. Thanks in advance your reply will be greatly appreciated.

During illness, the oral intake is poor or less and hence many a times children don't pass motions during illness. If her stomach gets distended and fever getting worse then revisit the doctor for reassessment.
