2.5yr old toddler having rashes on face
My kid went to preschool for the first day today. Since evening today he has started to get rashes on both of his cheeks. And it seems it might spread to other areas. He has got all his vaccination. Please advise what should I do?

Apply calamine lotion..it must be allergic rashes...wait for 20 hrs if it increases visit ur peadiatrician
