Any discharge or any burning micturition? All normal on your recent USG report?
Next Steps
Get a urine routine test if USG report is fine.

Get yourself examined Some amount of pain and discomfort is there in pregnancy, especially if it’s your first it would be more troublesome. Get a urine examination done.

A bit of lower abdominal discomfort is normal in pregnancy but in second trimester if you feel any new discomfort or heaviness in vagina with vagina discharge please get yourself checked for cervical length to rule out any incompetence in cervix . But detail history is needed for better understanding of your health
