29, male, multiple lumps in pubic area
I have 2 pea sized lumps in my pubic area for a few years. they are painless, and it is dark red. they used to hurt. I also have 1-2 other small, painless, tiny red dots in my pubic area. within the last week, i have a newer, red, painful lump that is bigger in size. I do not know if these are ingrown hairs, lymph nodes, or cysts. I am worried. I am in Japan for another few weeks and I'm seriously concerned. Any idea what it is? It is gross to see my pubic region with all these lumps.
