Fixed orthodontic appliances (braces) To be honest to you mid line diastema( gap in your front teeth) is easy to treat in dentistry but deficult to retain. You may need a life long retention appliance which is small and behind teeth even does no seems there is any thing.   Hope you will feel it helpful Thanks
