3,4,5 metatarsal fracture
I had a bike accident recently. Got to know that I've 3,4,5th metatarsal fracture on right foot with a little displacement and a hairline fracture on the 1st.
What food type is preferable? When can I start putting weight on my legs?
I am able to walk on my heels and I don't feel a problem now. Should I get crutches?

In your question, it is not clear that are you receiving any treatment from qualified doctor? Treatment depends on amount of swelling, presence of any wound and so many other factors. In this x Ray there is displacement of fracture fragments, there are two options of treatment first is application of plaster but displacement will remain there, second option is surgery to correct the displacement and fixing the fractures. You should visit nearest orthopedic surgeon.
