30weeks pregnancy
Hello, im in my 30th week of pregnancy i was taking duphalac daily  night 10ml but i got mild diarrhea (type 5 stool movement)  from last 2days my doctor suggested me to stop duphalac and asked me to take sporlac-ds twice for three days... i have taken 2days course now  constipated...please suggest me shuld i take duphalac syrup again? Its very hard and painful to pass stool... im afraid to out pressure coz im having short cervix length problem(27mm) and even placenta end is 4.5cm away from cervix please help me out

Take duphalac but in less quantity Say only 7 ml

Stop iron tablet ...take duphalac 2tsp today Stopping iron may relieve constipation....have high fibre diet and lot of liquids

Take duphalac but less  .. around 5 to 7 ml in night will be helpful.
Health Tips
add fiber in your diet . green leafy vegetables and salad and you must eat papaya and guava . have plenty of water. this all will help to releive your constipation and then you will not be requiring duphalac on daily basis.
