30weeks pregnant
Hi, im in my 30weeks of pregnancy... i under gone root canal but didn't put cap on it simply covered with cement... but now that cement is gone... now is it possible to fill the cement for time being?

as you are in the 3rd trimester you can very well go and get the filling done without getting exposed to xray. filling is non invasive procedure

Do not undergo any kind of radiation exposure as your are at advanced stage of pregnancy,  just get a filling done for time being, until your due date for delivery. Do not eat from that side until cap is placed. Avoid hard food consumption till the filling is done.

Yes ..it's safe to do filling in 30week of pregnancy and also filling is possible if u don't have pain again on that root canal treated tooth. You can also put up a cap this time ,to avoid this happening again. X-ray is not advisable in any stage of pregnancy, so be careful .
