Hey, I am 18 weeks pregnant and my LMP was on August 10, 2019..I am not gaining weight at all and my bump is not visible. Should I be concerned.

Get thyroid profile done also. Drink adequate amount of water. Get ultrasound done to find out amniotic fluid level.

Weight gain in pregnancy in the first trimester is only 1 kg and second trimester is 5 kgs U will definately gain weight in future days to come. Secondly some people dont get to see the bump till they are 20 to 22 wks pregnant. Not to worry.
