How did you come to a conclusion that she has short femur lenght?
Has some doctor told you or it is your assumption?
Have you sought any professional medical advice regarding this?
What has her pediatrician said about it?
If possible upload the pic of your daughter and xray of her hip joint with femur in AP position.
