3yrs old - Fever with frequently urinate
I am sathish, my son (3yrs old) is suffering from fever for last 5 days and he is urinating frequently. sometimes within 20min he is urinating 3 or 4 times. doctor has advised to give paranz-paracetomol syrup 3.5ml.

Get a urine test done.
If our cells are more than 5,an antibiotic has to be added for atleast 5-7 days.
The medicine you mentioned is only for symptomatic relief.
