Hi, my baby is 4 months 15 days old, after consulting doctor I started giving cerelac twice a day from last week due to insufficient breast milk production.
Form morning he is passed stool 6 times in little portion.bit liquid consistency.normally he passes 3 times a day.plz advice.

Avoid cerelac. Continue breast feeds only till 6 months
