40 days old girl has issue
Hello sir,
My 40 days old daughter behaves like milk is coming back and she got tensed and sometime split some milk everytime after feeding. She take burp sometime while sometime not. Doctor suggested xymex drop and pepsigard -p syrup. This is happening from last 10-12 days . What to do..

Reflux of milk is common till 6 months of age. Stomach valve is weak so milk comes up and child spits out milk from nose or mouth or curd like milk.
So after every feed burp the child for 30 minutes ie to keep the child upright for 30 minutes.
Make the child sleep upright with 30 to 45 angle from the ground surface.
After each feed 5 to 10ml curd like milk is common need not to do anything but if child is irritable, vomiting quiet more and frequently then can start medicines.
