45 days missed period, no cysts
45 days no periods, negative urine test, negative beta hcg, consulting doctor for second pegnancy, transvaginal scan done on last period december month no cysts or fibriods,adnexa normal, everything appeared normal in the report. I'm 35yrs old, kindly suggest me the next step.
