My nephew aged 5months is having diarrhoea from last 2-3 days Kindly suggest if reason to worry or not

Diarrhoea is very common in Infants...if there are any signs of dehydration like dry tongue and lips, sunken eyes, dry and wrinkled skin, deep rapid breathing U need to consult on an emergency basis.

What are the signs ? Need to see for dehydration like lethargy, skin dryness, not feeding etc and then management will be planned. Consult for proper management
