When to start complementary food to baby? My baby is 5 month completed and i feel low milk supply , can i start complementary food to baby or shall i give formula milk?

You should continue exclusive breast feeding followed by burping till 6 months of age. If baby is gaining weight and have normal weight for age, you should continue it. Better to visit a pediatrician for proper counseling and weight assessment.

Check weight of baby, if baby is gaining weight then your milk is sufficient...

Mothers milk can increase by confidence , feeding & desire to continue to feed .this should continue . If utter failure is there give meshed banana , mosummi juice suji Kheer & fresh pasteurized milk boliled & cooled with katori & spoon . No bottle feeding . No formula please .

It's advisable to give exclusive breast milk for upto 6 months of age. You can start complementary feed after completion of 6 months.
