Hello,
Your problem seems be multi faceted. I would recommend some simple steps but Please do remember you need propoer evaluation by a qualified physio to fully uncover your problem, for example, which part of pelvic bone is problematic or if your perceived pain is because of your pelvis and new injury rather tuan old disc issues.
Anyhow, hwre are my recommendations to deal with your chronically exisiting pain syndromes.
1. Apply some heat, like a heating pad or towel drenched in heated water.
2. Put some pain oil or ointment that suits you
and helps you in pain like volini etc.
3. Rest if possible, particularly those days when your pain is really bad.
4. Limit your exertion hours, for example break your work time in several smaller segments and take ample of break in between.
5. Isometric strengthening and gradual return to full strenghtening and conditioning program.
6. Finding an expert who would help you along your recovery. Your pain might never really go if you don't find the cause of your problem, correct your psoture and condition for more strenuous exercises. So find an excellent physiotherapist and religiously follow his advices.
Best. 😀
