7 yr old, tummy pain, loose stool, fever
7 year old child is having pain in lower tummy, loose motions twice a day for 3 days. Having light fever and very little appetite. Please can some kind doctor help. I have started Tiniba 300 last night. Is it OK ?

Lot of water with salts and sugar

Take t. Dolo500 half tab for lower abdomen pain and fever.
