Hi.. I have partial septate utreus and my pregnancy is on right side of utreus. In order to support preg doctor has recommended dydroboon twice daily and hucog 5000iu injection once a week. Since I have bloating, gas etc doc said I can take sustain 400 through vagina twice daily. Oral progesterone is better however if you cannot tolerate oral form you can go ahead with vaginal formulation too. Don’t worry about the dosage.
