A Case of chronic calcific pancreatitis
A case of chronic pancreatitis with multiple MPD calculi. Multiple prominent mesenteric nodes noted measuring 0.8 to 1.0 cm size. I have pain in the heart side and am having pain in stomach region which has already operated. I had undergone a pancreatitis operation in madurai Apollo hospital one year ago.
