  4. A constant body pain. But i can't sleep.

A constant body pain.
It's summer here in Rajasthan and i think i did not have a good food last night. Since morning I'm feeling like I'm about to vomit, I'm suffering from loose motion, my body is paining, my eyes are paining, I'm not able to sleep. I try to sleep but i can't sleep.

is dere fever too?..u might hv got acute bacterial gastritis.elabortate symptoms and consult.
