A lump inside mouth near the edge of the lips it is quite uncomfortable I think it is some kind of cut but just need a consultation

I think it was formed by truma from your teeth. It may resolve itself. If it doesn't resolves visit a oral surgeon.
Next Steps
in worse case it may need a minor surgery.
