A lump on my back
I have noticed that a small bean sized lump developed on my back about 8 inches below the right armpit and about 4-5 inches from the center of the back. There has been no pain and has been there for over a few weeks.

I can understand your concern.
Any skin related issue be it something on the skin or anything related to the lump.
Need to examine the lump.
So get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
