A red spot on the middle of my nose

Asked for Female, 15 Years

So I have a red spot on the middle of my nose and it is big and when I touch it It feels like a bump and I know it's not a pimple b/c I know what a pimple looks like and the red spot on my nose it itches. Please help me out.
