  4. Abdomen cramps. Or signs of ovulation?

Abdomen cramps
My right ovary follicle was 19.5*19.2mm on the day 13,the same day I got shot with hcg 5000iu injection. We had an intercourse the following 3days. (Day14, 15,16)now i am experiencing mild lower abdomen cramps which are unusual for me. Are these any signs of conception or signs of ovulation?? ? ?? ?
