I have pretty bad abdomen pain above my belly button. I also have diarrhea and rectal pain. My family and friends think it was something i ate or my anxiety giving me a stomach ache but i would put my pain at like a 7 and i’ve gotten to a point now where i can’t poop and i don’t know what to do
