Abdominal pain and discharge

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Hello doctor i'm having a lot of discharge lately and also tightness in my stomach. i did an ultrasound 2 days back it was all normal. So what could it be? the discharge is not foul smelling or there is little burning sometimes. what is the reason? today is also my 14th day but i have pcod my cycle is irregular. please explain what is the cause?
