Abdominal pain during pregnancy

Hi Doctor, I am having mild abdominal pain and feeling of heaviness in my pelvic area. I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant. The doc suggested to take anafortan twice a day. However i found on the internet that its not safe during pregnancy. Pl suggest is it normal to have such pain n heaviness and is the medication required. Thanks

I don't think u need any medication. Take rest. There will be some hormonal changes n because of tat u may experience all these.
