Abdominal pain
I had my last period on 29th April which lasted till 2nd May. Everything was fine. I take Femilon tablets regularly for unwanted pregnancy. Since yesterday am experiencing an irritating lower abdominal pain which suddenly started and lasted for few hours. Again it started on right side of my lower abdomen. Is it something relation to ovulation or something to be worried about. I never experienced this issue earlier. Please advise.

Get an urgent Ultrasound done as this short history of severe pain may be indicative of renal stone ! Ovulation is very less likely as u r on femilon!

It's very tough to pinpoint and giv a diagnosis by just reading ur history which is limited.... Commonest cause lower abdominal pains in women is urinary infection...so drink plenty of water ..if the pain doesn't subside in a day ....consult a nearby gynaecologist
