Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever
My 9 year Old woke up at 4am yesterday with nausea and stomach pain. Around 1:30 she vomited at school. At home she had 100.2 fever, chills, nausea and pain. Described pain as being stabbed over and over circling her belly button where it was. At er when pressed on it caused more pain and with coughing. Blood, urine, and ultrasound seemed okay but I was told a ct is the best to determine appendicitis. They never did it. Pain is less today no fever or vomiting. Could this still be appendicitis

If pain is definitely settling, then you can hold on with CT. If her fever, pain, and vomiting comes down, and her appetite improves, that means, there is no appendicitis as of now.
Next Steps
Give bland non-oily diet (home made) for at least a week. If any recurrence of pain inspite of that, consult again.
Health Tips
Tell her to avoid junk food and drink plenty of water daily. This will avoid constipation and in turn that will avoid appendicitis
