  4. Abdominal problm. Be due to pregnancy?

I have a very weird feeling in left side of my lower abdomen.It feels like something is moving or fluttering.I had several urine and blood test for pregnancy and all came negative.I am having regular periods.I am 20 years.What can be the reason for this fluttering.Can this be due to pregnancy?
