Abnormal bite
I am 30 is it possible to put braces at this age? I have abnormal bite and I grind teeth, moan and groan while sleeping. Please help

sure u can go for braces but an OPG is required for checking any bone loss. if there is too much bone loss than u may need to for caps or bridges to align it

Age is never a factor for braces. U can get it done at any age. As for yr teeth grinding at night, nightguards will b the best option.

You need a night-guard from a dentist,also get the relation of upper and lower teeth checked thoroughly by a dentist.

Hai...hope you have nightgrinding habit...do a dental consultation.....they will advice you removable appliance to wear during night to protect your teeth from grinding...Regarding abnormal bite kindly check ur teeth by a dentist....
