Abnormal bleeding
I had no periods for two months.then after 2 months ,there was spotting for 2 days.Now regular flow has started.i did an Ultra sound 3 months back.eberything was ok.some nabothian cysts were found.pl advise.Also recovered from covid 4 months back.

You are 46 years old. You didn't have periods for 2 months. Then you had spotting for 2 days. Then you had regular flow. Is the bleeding still continuing?

Nabothian cysts are benign, need not worry much about it.
