  4. Abnormal period. Feel tired, or sick.

Abnormal period
I have had my period on and off for a few weeks. Somedays it is light, spotty bleeding others it is heavy, but then no bleeding for a few days and starts again. I am not experiencing any pain, or cramps as I once used to with my normal period. I do not feel tired, or sick.

Get an ultrasound done along with few necessary tests to assess Ur condition and an advise thereafter.
