Having 1 month pregnancy. I have kidney issue plus I am trying to loose weight don't want this child any suitable way to abort this child

Get done ultrasonography to know the exact weeks of pregnancy and position of pregnancy.Consult to gynaecologist and take medicine and you have to explain regarding kidney problem.Get done blood group and RH typing also.
