We had unprotected sex and took emergency pill on 22 nov 2017...her last periods started on 7 nov 2017 she hadn’t had periods since then.we took urine test on 17 jan 2018 and it is positive.whats best way to abort

You cannot carry out abortion at home. Please see a gynaecologist and let her decide what’s the best way to terminate. Don’t take anything on your own.
