As per doctor guidance i took mifepristone first dose waiting for 48 hours for my another pill. In this mean time, i am feeling urine is very darker than usual irritation while passing urine. After 6 glass of water feeling less to urinate .. Any concerns..?

It can be due to UTI. Get a urine routine test done to rule out UTI Please connect for further discussion

Do urine routine microscopy  and if it shows infection  take treatment... Drink 3 litre water per day  ...

Generally there are no urinary symptoms associated with mifepristone. This sounds more like a urinary tract infection, you need to drink more fluids (2-3 litres water per day) and you might need antibiotics and other medication if symptoms persist.
