Uterus is normal in size,shape for age. It has a homogeneous myometrial echo texture. No focal lesion is seen. Depends ki agar medicine se clear nahi hua to d and c karwa leni chahiye. Agar purana ho jaega to andar infection ho sakta and nikaalna mushkil ho jata
