About collagen supplementation
I am into heavy lifting and current preparing for a lifting competition. My trainer suggested me collagen supplement. Should I go with collagen supplement? If yes, then should I supplement it with some other micro nutrient/ element? also is calcium, vitamin d and fish oils required? should these be continued for longer or shorter periods/ should these cycled throughout the year after some months gap?
