Don't worry about spots .. When did u have sex ? Condom gives almost 100 % protection from sexual transmitted disease...but if it's broken then is the issue .. Get tested for HIV for now and repeat after 1 month and 6 months .. If all reports are negative then stop worrying Regarding spots it can happen cos of hormonal changes or heat ..so maintain hydration and don't wear tight under garments for few days ..they ll subside
